i finished my Mystery Quilt "Double Delight" by Bonnie Hunter I love the way it came out i don't want to quilt it in the simple straight lines that i did the other Mystery so i am looking for a Longarm quilter here on the East Coast somebody please e-mail me Leni

i finished all my blocks and layed them on my Floor i am a little hesitant about setting them on point but it looks so much better the way Bonnie did that i tried laying them out in a straight setting then i have to many of the Rolling Star Blocks left over so i guess here we go hate to do setting triangles oh well we shall see so here are the two layouts

I am sewing feverishly on those little 9 Patches they are so cute thank God it snowed last night and today is freezing cold we where supposed to go to dinner but i rather cook myself and this gives me ample time to sit and sew just love this time when i can be snugly in my room and sew Leni

boy, oh boy, this was hard on my poor wrist's squaring up all those little 3 1/2 inch blocks but they look very cute, it will be a few days until i get to the next step too many appointments mostly for doctors Leni

I completed step number 1 for the Double Delight Mystery quilt such cute little 3 1/2 inch squares 138 of them i always come out with more only needed 120 but it's like cooking i always cook to much also., so tada here they are

Oh God Bonnie has another Mystery up for New Year 2009 it has another million pieces such intense work but in the end it's all worth it this will be my fourth Mystery Quilt with her ,, so here goes Step 1
